No Refunds or Returns
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products once they have been shipped.
• We encourage customers to review product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing. If you have any concerns or allergies, please conduct a patch test before full use.
Damaged or Lost Packages
• Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
• If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors before reaching out to the shipping carrier.
